What is a Collection
A collection is a group of self check-ins that can only have the reviewer/employee being scored once, and that have the same title and due date. The purpose of a collection is to keep all your similar check-ins together for both monitoring and reporting options. Many clients use collections to keep all their mid year check-ins grouped together.
How do I View a Collection
To view a collection, simply click on Reviews / Check-Ins within the main navigation and select "Check-Ins".

From there, you can either take a look under the overview tab to see your collections in a card view.

Or you can select "Manage" to see your collections in a list view.

Then simply click on the collection name to open the Collection Detail View.
Collection Statuses

A collection will have 1 of 3 statuses.
A Draft Collection is a group of check-ins that have not been launched yet - meaning they are not yet available or live to the reviewers who are assigned to complete them. When a collection is in draft status you have the ability to modify the questions.
A Live Collection is a group of check-ins that have been sent to / Launched to reviewers who are assigned and they should be getting completed by those individuals.
A Closed Collection is a group of check-ins that have been marked closed by an admin user - this locks all the check-ins within from being edited by the reviewers.
The Collection View

At the top of the page, you can see the status of the collection.

You can see how many check-ins exist within the collection and which have been completed and which have not been started at the top. Clicking completed or Drafts not started open up the respective tab of all of those check-ins.

The Assigned / Managed tab is where you can add reviewers, monitor completion and send reminders when needed.

The list at the top under the blue bar "Reviewers Assigned" shows all the individuals and their check-ins that are a part of that collection.

You can toggle to see in progress and completed.

At the bottom of the page is the "Available / Unassigned" list. This shows all of the people within your org who are not assigned to this collection. To learn more about this, check out: How to Add Individuals (Reviewers) to an Existing Self Check-In Collection
