If a collection has been marked "Closed", you as the admin can relaunch the collection. Relaunching is usually needed if you need to go back and add additional reviewers to the collection. Once the collection is no longer closed, everyone assigned as a review will be able to complete or edit their check-in responses.
You can no longer cannot edit the question once the collection had been launched.
Go to the collection that you would like to relaunch.
This will open the collection view.
Once within the collection view,
click on "Relaunch" at the top right.
A prompt will appear confirming that you are looking to relaunch this collection.
