Managing Self Check-In Collections

A self check-in will always be a part of a collection. A collection means the check-ins all have the same title and due date and each recipient can only appear once. This is to allow for easier management and better reporting.

When looking to create a new self check-in, you can add to an existing collection or create a brand new collection to start from.

To see all of your collections, just click on "Check-Ins" underneath Reviews / Check-Ins in the main navigation.

Once there, the default view will be the overview tab.

This will show the collections view for all the check-in collections within your organization.

A Draft Collection is a group of check-ins that have not been launched yet - meaning they are not yet available or live to the reviewers who are assigned to complete them.

A Live Collection is a group of check-ins that have been sent to / Launched to reviewers who are assigned and they should be getting completed by those individuals.

A Closed Collection is a group of check-ins that have been marked closed by an admin user - this locks all the check-ins within from being edited by the reviewers.

Each "Live Collection" card view shows the following:

This number represents the total number of check-ins within the collection.

The the collection / check-in title, which admin created the check-in collection and what the due date is. Click on the title to open the collection view.

Next you will see your status breakdown by check-in.

Each "Closed" collection card view shows the following:

The status will display. Closed = the admin has marked the collection closed, and recipients can no longer modify their responses or complete any incomplete check-ins. The total number of responded (those who marked their check-ins complete) and not responded (those who did not mark it complete) will appear as a percentage.

Lastly, you will see a visual breakout of the graph placement of all completed check-ins within the collection. Clicking on the blue number will open the collection view with all of the check-ins on that quadrant selected shown.

If you click on "Manage" towards the top of the page you will see all your collections on a list.
