There are several reasons you or your employees are not receiving email notifications.
- The recipient hasn't yet received the "Welcome" email for Threads and thus cannot log in (learn more about sending welcome emails)
- The email address for the recipient isn't verified yet (learn more about email verification)
- The notification settings had the feedback received option turned off (learn more about notification settings)
-If the email is a feedback has been received email, then note that this email is set to send on a delay of 30 minutes to allow the author time to edit if needed.
