Check In Question and Answer Types

There are several types of question and answer formats you can choose if you decide to customize a self check in. 

Threads Graph (2 options)

Place On Graph:

The Place on Graph option gives the reviewer an opportunity to place themselves where they feel they align with your organization's core values and their own specific results.

Place on Graph Preview:

When the reviewer clicks on the core values or results links, they will see the respective review criteria for each.

Score Each Criteria:

The Score Each Criteria option gives the reviewer an opportunity to individually score each core value criteria (the same criteria applied to everyone) and results criteria (specific to them). You can also choose whether you would like the reviewer to comment on the top three and bottom three scores.
