Self Feedback Questions (For feedback about themselves):
Tell me about a specific process that you think can be improved in our organization. What would you do to fix it?
What Core Value in our organization is most important? What have you done to demonstrate this important Core Value in the last 30 days?
Do you know what you are supposed to be focused on from a job/position perspective? Is there anything that you would like clarified regarding your role and focus?
Thinking back over the last month, what do you wish had gone better for you at work?
On a scale from 1-10, 1 being very unhappy and 10 being extremely happy, how happy are you at work? What is ONE thing could we be doing to make you happier?
