As an admin, to complete a review, all fields (except for the "Evaluation - Next Steps" field) are required.
At the very top of the review is the current status, review title name and due date. Below that is a print icon to either save as a PDF or print the review form. You can also delete the review or edit the review. The steps required to Acceptance are also listed and will highlight green as the review continues through it's lifecycle.
To score the review, select "Edit" or "Start Review".

Once you select "Edit", the actions at the top of the review update and the review form becomes editable.

"Cancel" will cancel any changes you have made and close the review. "Delete" will delete the review. "Save" will save the work in progress. "Save and Complete" will only be possible if all the required fields have been filled out. Once a review is marked saved and completed, job description changes and core values changes will not populate into the review form.
The Threads graph on the top right will update as you begin scoring the Values and Results criteria.

Within the review, you will notice 4 tabs towards the middle of the screen: "Review Data", "Feedback Received", "Self Feedback" and "Feedback Given".
The "Feedback Received" tab contains all of the feedback the individual has received with a pre applied filter showing the feedback during your organizations review cycle period. To see all time feedback, click on "Clear all Filters".

The "Review Data" tab contains all of the scoring information to be completed by the individual's manager.

The View Rating Scale Definitions link opens a new window that shows either the Threads default definitions or your organization's custom definitions of the 10 point scale. Here's more information on turning on the Rating Scale Definitions and how to edit them.
The Review Date and Review Title fields are automatically populated based on your organizations settings within Company Settings / Review Cycle. You can manually edit these items within the review if needed.

The Values Scores and the Results Scores are what determines where on the Threads graph this individual's review will appear. Not all are required to have scores, N/A can be used if needed. Otherwise a 1 - 10 option will appear when you select the drop down next to each criteria.
The Values Scores apply to each review within your organization. To learn how to update these criteria, please read the following article: Update Core Values And Values Criteria (Graph Vertical Axis)
The Results Scores are populated from the individual's job description. To learn more on how to update these criteria, please read the following article: Update Results Criteria / Review Criteria Within Job Descriptions (Graph Horizontal Axis)

The Evaluation summary should contain an overall picture of the individual's performance.

The Highest Scores populate based on how the individual was scored in both the Values and Results score section. In the event of a tie, you can choose which one you would like to highlight by selecting the text from the drop down. Comments are also required, allowing more insight to the individual about why they scored so high on the highlighted criteria.

The Lowest Scores populate based on how the individual was scored in both the Values and Results score section. In the event of a tie, you can choose which one you would like to highlight by selecting the text from the drop down. Comments are also required, allowing more insight to the individual about why they scored so low on the highlighted criteria.

The Evaluation - Next Steps section is optional. This gives an opportunity to let the employee know the items that you would like to discuss for the upcoming review cycle.

The Employee's Individual Goals section is where specific goals can be listed to be worked on before the next review cycle. These goals will appear in the following review by selecting the blue link on the right called "Individual Goals from Last Review".

The Name of Next Review and the Date of Next review are automatically populated and based on your organization's review cycle set up. A review must always be available for someone to receive comments, so Threads creates the next review as soon as the current review is saved and completed.

The primary actions are also at the bottom of the review form.
