Threads will help us build our best culture by uniting everyone behind our Core Values and clearly defining the Results/Performance Expectations needed from each position on our team.
Doing both things well is what builds culture and makes a person highly rated inside of Threads and inside our organization.
When is the Training?
Culture and software training will be presented by Sean Abbas, the President and Co-Founder of Threads (Speaker Bio). You only need to attend one of the sessions below.

When Will I Receive My Invite to Threads?
You will receive an email invite to Threads following the training. You can login to Threads anytime and anywhere by visiting www.threadsculture.com and clicking on “LOGIN” at the top of the screen.
After you login, you will be able to update your password, contact information and upload a photo to your profile.
When Can I Start Leaving Feedback in Threads?
Your ability to leave self, peer and 360 feedback is available at any time after your first login. There are multiple ways to leave feedback inside of Threads, including a “Give Feedback” button in the main navigation of the software.
When Will My Review Criteria Be Available?
Your upcoming reviews will be available under your user profile in Threads. It is important that you login to check out your Core Values and Results/Performance responsibilities for the upcoming year and get in the habit of leaving self feedback under your profile.
