Are manager reviews based on the feedback of the employees that report to them?

The feedback process in Threads is designed for this exact purpose. Employees can leave feedback in real time regarding manager performance. That feedback is displayed weekly to the person doing that manager’s review.  The same feedback is also available at review time for the senior leader to consider when reviewing the manager.
