This process in Threads is designed to support the interview and selection process. There is not the ability to post jobs and track applicants. However, once an applicant has been selected for an interview, Threads helps you plan the process, store the resume and application, as well as place the interviewees on the Threads graph for selection of the right candidate based on core values fit and skill set.
