1. Initial Planning Call. Your Threads Coach will work with you to plan out the implementation timeline, deliverables due dates and training schedule.
2. Employee Upload. You will populate your employee upload spreadsheet with information (name, email, department, job title, hire date, user level) for each user you wish to have listed in your account.
3. Core Values Criteria. This criteria describes behaviors and characteristics you wish to see from all employees in your organization - regardless of position. The Threads software knowledge base has many options for you to choose from. We will work with you to choose and/or create criteria in alignment with your core values.
4. Results / Performance Ratings. Your Threads Coach will work with you to develop performance rating criteria for each job title in your organization. We can use your existing job descriptions, goals or review criteria. Threads software also contains a knowledge base with hundreds of job title options that you can use to build custom criteria. You will choose and/or create criteria with your support person that will measure your employee’s performance.
5. Training. We recommend three trainings: Admin, Manager, and Employee user training. Threads software training can be conducted online and/or onsite (travel costs additional).
