Feedback can be added into the system anytime, but can we elect to use other forms in the system to review more often as in weekly, biweekly, monthly, or quarterly check-ins?

Yes. This is continuing to grow as a best practice with our users. In fact, custom forms can be placed in the document storage tab. Employees and managers can use these forms as the basis for intermittent discussions and documentation throughout the year. This provides great notes for the year-end review, and consistent discussion around performance.
